Lean Energy - Lead Time

Meeting rapidly growing customer demand in a context of stock shortages is possible! In a few months, GEOLEAN Energy restructured the plant and reorganized supply and production, with concrete results: P&L gains of 800 K€, a 40% increase in productivity, a 5-fold increase in capacity, compliance with delivery deadlines, and improved safety for the staff.

After producing systems for wind turbines, this plant of a major group was to convert to the production of chargers for electric vehicles. A major objective was to sharply reduce lead times and production costs in order to gain market share.
